The NABA Group aims to provide student-athletes from around the globe International empowering learning experiences which will help them progress in adulthood seamlessly
The NABA Group vision is to bring innovative new learning opportunities to the youth from around the world while growing organically as an organization.
The aim is to build on our current and past successes and allow our students to benefit from our growing international network across the globe. The non-conventional learning methods offered and employed by NABA are being adopted by our partners and competitors alike which in itself is a compliment to our methodologies in getting things done.
Founded in 2014, The NAB Academy Ltd is a growing modern enterprise integrating Education and vocational training, health and fitness with opportunity creation for youth from around the globe. For the last 7 years, the group has always adhered to best practices in youth development and has developed into a well-known sports enterprise with multi-brand and group operations.
In June 2019, the headquarters of the group settled in Glasnevin Dublin Ireland, within a state of the art purpose-built training facility of nearly 18,000 square feet. A company with a profound innovative development culture concept, the new facility is the ideal location to bring a diverse range of services together.
In April 2021, We opened NABA Lanzarote to provide another base for international players. Our philosophy of NABA Lanzarote will be the same as that of NABA Ireland since our method has proved successful for players in recent years.
The group currently employees a small team of 14 employees across different disciplines. The NABA Group implements innovative strategy, sustainable development opportunities, and continuously increases efforts to strive to achieve international growth opportunities for clients to progress.

Creating meaning by working with our community, providing effective opportunities for growth and development to everyone within our community in a safe, fun, and enjoyable environment. At NABA we believe that to create meaning in one’s life, it’s not about what you do for yourself, It is about how you’re able to better the lives of the people around you.
The beauty of giving back to the community is that giving back is it’s own gift. As a family-owned local business, we reinvest our profits back into the organization to allows us to grow and develop the best opportunities for development for our clients and community alike. Apart of this is helping our customers and clients do something special for the people around them through continuous community activity and charitable events in the Dublin area.

It takes a collective commitment to students and their needs and for the success of the entire community, first from the students themselves, but also from staff, parents, community leaders, local representatives, policymakers, and others. It takes a team of people committed to changing individual and community outcomes. When students, families, educators, and community members all connect around improving both student and community outcomes, there’s no limit to its impact on the wellbeing of the community.
Communities won’t stop the troubling trends outside our reach, but by ensuring today’s students make a difference tomorrow, our students are ready to make a difference today.
